Gianluigi and Roberta propose their ravioli with wild herbs filling, sheep-milk ricotta, new broad beans with exquisite fresh pecorino cheese, asparagus. Finally this is the time goats-milk cheeses returns in the menu as well as many other delights of Tuscany.

Spring starters enhance the quality of local products, including the famous Cinta pork, renowned in the province of Siena. Back on the table fresh pecorino, available now, in the season of lambs.

According to the seasonality of products, the Vecchia Osteria offers the possibility to compose vegetarian dishes and to combine different types of vegetables. Diced vegetables, cannellini beans, mushrooms are very good side dishes to pair with second courses.
